LTC Acute COVID Care Documents Repository 🔒Mobile Enhancement and Support Teams (MESTs) will: Provide interim staffing support to Long-Term Care Homes (LTCHs) that are in crisis, Consist of teams of 10 people (minimum), that can be deployed to support resident care and operations, Stabilize the setting prior to redeployment to another location, Collaborate with hospital and public health-deployed IPAC supports to reinforce training and recommendations, Bolster leadership to ensure congregate setting is safe for the duration of the pandemic and beyond. Supports/teams are aligned with OHTs.
