Join your Mississauga Halton Primary Care Network for some fresh air and great conversation at J.C. Saddington Park in Port Credit. Say hello to your MH PCN board and make new friends as we walk along the paved, lakeside trails.

Light refreshments will be provided. Parking is free. Please dress for the weather.

We will meet at the picnic area to start.
