The momentum continues!
On December 18, 2019, Mississauga Halton primary care providers who stepped forward to lead the establishment of the renewed MH Primary Care Network go together for their first meeting. At the end of the facilitated session, the group had co-designed vision, mission, and values statements as a foundation for the network's strategy document to be drafted in January.

The group will meet again in mid-January to develop the MH Primary Care Network's 3-year strategic priorities, governance structure, and member services and benefits.
