Since Ontario Health's reach out in early September, many things have been happening in the background to move this primary care-led model forward. We are excited to share that our MH PCN has been selected to become the first Pandemic Response Clinic sites in OH Central Region! In consultation with the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) the sites will all adopt the same naming convention of COVID, Cold and Flu Care Clinics.

Thanks so much to the members who contacted us directly to offer physical space and/or staff. Our members have really come forward in showing what an organized and connected primary care sector can do. We appreciate each and every one of you.
